We set key measurements for maintenance and routinely check the metrics to aid in decision making. Measuring results of maintenance programs is difficult but worth the effort. We’re able to identify programs that work and programs that don't work.

Maintenance is necessary to keep a property in a working and livable condition. It includes preventative work, emergency and routine repairs. Maintenance costs constitute a large share of an operating budget. This cost can be reduced through comprehensive planning and sound guidelines with system checks and balances to keep cost under control.
